Each Deanna Scherrer Jewelry piece is handmade and will last long if cared for properly. I recommend avoiding water and strenuous activity when wearing your jewelry as water may affect the finish and excessive force may break chains or other parts of your jewelry. It is best to store your jewelry in a sealed bag someplace safe. This will avoid scratching and unwanted marks on your piece. Feel free to contact me if you have any other questions about caring for your jewelry.

It is in the nature of silver and brass to tarnish over time. Although it can be polished back to it’s original state, I encourage you to embrace the natural changes of the metal.

If you prefer, you can gently rub the jewelry with a polishing cloth or wash it with baking soda and water to restore its original finish.

Deanna Scherrer Jewelry is made to last. If you follow the guidelines above, your jewelry should stand the test of time. I understand that accidents happen and would be happy to handle repairs on an individual basis. If you need a repair on your Deanna Scherrer Jewelry piece, contact me.

All Deanna Scherrer Jewelry is custom made to order and therefore is non-refundable. To be sure you will love your jewelry please ask any questions prior to ordering. If an item is defective/damaged I will be happy to exchange it or repair it as I see fit. I do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders.
